Mike Kennard, President

      Yakima Beauty School

            Mike Kennard is licensed as a Cosmetologist, Barber, Manicurist, Esthetician and Instructor. Mike is currently an Administrator of marketing and management relations at Bellingham Beauty School. Mike also teaches special classes such as customer service and communication skills.

            As a former news broadcaster, public service director and an industrial laboratory supervisor, Mike provides diverse insight to the growing Cosmetology industry and Bellingham Beauty School.

Cis Stock Kennard, Vice President

      Yakima Beauty School

            Cis Stock Kennard attended Bellingham Beauty School for her Cosmetology training in 1969. After working for the school and running two very successful salons in Bellingham, Cis purchased the school in 1985. Cis has witness the growth and progression in the industry as well as at  Bellingham Beauty School.

            Cis was the President of the Washington State Cosmetology Association. Also, Cis is apart of the Washington State Cosmetology School Owners Association. She served on the National Cosmetology Association Board of Directors for four years.

            Cis is the Administrator for Financial Aid for both Bellingham and Yakima Beauty School. She is responsible for operations at both schools.
